What are the age restrictions?
Restricted Forest is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID may be required at the gate.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No. Food and drink cannot be brought into the festival. A range of food and drink vendors will be available inside, including vegetarian and vegan options.
What time do gates open and close?
Gates open at 12:30, last entry is strictly 16:00 and the event finishes at 23:00. Please allow plenty of time for travel and entry queues.
Can I leave and re-enter?
No. Restricted Forest operates a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival site, you will not be permitted back in.
What are the ground conditions like?
Restricted Forest takes place in a working woodland, so expect uneven ground in places. Tracks run throughout the site, but suitable footwear is strongly recommended.
Can I bring my camping chair?
No. Camping chairs are not permitted for health and safety reasons. Seating areas are available throughout the festival site.
What should I bring?
Bring your festival ticket, valid photo ID, suitable footwear and clothing for the weather. Restricted Forest is an outdoor woodland festival, so come prepared for the conditions.
What happens if it rains?
Restricted Forest is an outdoor festival and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Check the forecast before travelling and dress appropriately for the day.
Is there seating at the festival?
Yes. There are designated seating areas around the festival site, with additional dedicated seating available within VIP.
Can I camp at Restricted Forest?
No. Restricted Forest is a non-camping festival.
Can I buy Restricted Forest merchandise?
Yes. Official merchandise will be available at the festival, and also available online here.
How does the bar system operate?
Our bars operate using drink tokens. Tokens can be pre-ordered online when available to save time and avoid queues, or purchased at the festival on the day.
Accessibility
Is Restricted Forest accessible?
Restricted Forest takes place in a working woodland, so some areas have natural and uneven ground. Tracks run throughout much of the festival site, although conditions can vary depending on the weather.
Is there an accessible entrance?
Yes. Accessible lanes are available at the festival entrance and search area for customers who require them.
Are there accessible lanes at the bars?
No. We currently do not have dedicated accessible lanes at the festival bars.
Do you have accessible toilets?
Yes. Accessible toilet facilities are available within the festival site.
Is accessible parking available?
Yes. We operate a designated Blue Badge parking area close to the search entrance. Please follow the event signage and directions from our stewards on arrival.
Can I bring essential medication?
Yes. Essential medication can be brought into Restricted Forest. All medication will need to be presented for inspection on entry and recorded by our team for health and safety purposes.

Ticket info
What happens if I have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you can no longer attend, please use the official Skiddle ticket transfer or resale options where available.
How much are tickets?
Ticket prices vary by release, with prices increasing as each tier sells out. The latest General Admission and VIP prices can always be found on our Tickets page.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plan tickets are available on selected ticket types.
Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to VIP?
VIP upgrades may become available at selected times, subject to availability. If upgrades are released, details will be announced through our official channels.
I can't find my ticket or haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check your email inbox and junk/spam folder for your booking confirmation. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact Skiddle, our official ticket provider, who can help locate your booking and resend your ticket.
