Pick your form

Everything marked as required is required because we cannot reply without it. The rest is what turns an application into a decision.

Food, drink and retail

Pitches for caterers, bars, and stalls selling anything from clothing to crafts. Tell us what you sell and how much room it needs, and we will come back to you about availability and fees.

Questions marked * have to be answered.

The menu or the range, and roughly what it costs. Be specific: a stall described as street food tells us nothing about who it clashes with.

Frontage by depth in metres, including anything that has to sit behind you.

Public liability insurance

Optional, and the most useful thing you can give us. Names and years are enough.

Optional. One per line.

Before you send it

Before You Apply

  • One application is enough. Our team will review every application.
  • Please be patient. Traders, performers and staff are confirmed at different stages in the run-up to the festival.
  • Remember, we're in a woodland. Come prepared for uneven ground and whatever the British weather brings.
  • Music artists and DJs: these applications aren't handled here. Please contact the team separately through our Contact page.

Anything the forms do not cover reaches the team at info@restrictedforest.co.uk.
